Wind Mitigation
This inspection documents the Roof Age, Roof Shape, Secondary Water Resistance, Roof Deck Nail Pattern, Roof-to-Wall Connections and Opening Protection using the new 2012 OIR-B1-1802 form.
4 Point Inspection
Required for homes over 25 years old to determine the condition of the HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical, as well as the overall condition and remaining useful life of the Roof.
Roof Certification
Citizens Insurance requires this inspection which documents the Roof Age, as well as the overall condition and remaining useful life of the Roof.
Replacement Cost Value
The Replacement Cost Value (RCV), or Insurance To Value (ITV), inspection determines the reconstruction cost if a total loss occurred. We use a national database, Marshall & Swift/Boeckh (MSB), to provide you an exact RCV and assure that your policies are not being over-, or under-insured.
